Cedar 2025 - 2026

Welcome to Cedar class!

 

In our class there are 8 children in KS3. This half term our story is 'Don’t take an elephant on the bus'. In maths we are learning about 2d shape properties and some children are practising posting shapes into a shape sorter.

Our science this half term is focusing on forces - push and pull. We will be practising pushing and pulling objects.  For PE we are using sensory circuits to practice our gross motor skills. 

There are different types of ASDAN in our class, we are currently focusing on transport and learning about the different types as well as role playing getting on a bus. 

In history we will be looking at photos of us when we are younger and comparing them to photos of us now as well as learning about what transport looked like in the past and comparing it to present.
